Estoppel Requests

In accordance with Section 720.30851, Florida Statutes, you will receive the requested Estoppel Certificate within ten (10) business days after submitting your request. Spring Lake Hills charges an Estoppel Fee of $250.00. If you require the Estoppel Certificate to be delivered on an expedited basis (within three (3) business days), an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged. In addition if the homeowner is past due on their dues there may be an additional $150 fee assessed. Please complete all the required fields below.
